Community Outreach Workshops
As part of Sova Counseling’s commitment to community-based care, we offer outreach workshops focused on prevention and psychoeducation around eating concerns. These workshops are designed to support educators, professionals, and families with practical understanding of how eating disorders develop, how to offer meaningful support within their role, and when to refer to a higher level of care. Offerings are tailored to the audience and delivered in limited capacity within the community, with opportunities for customized workshops when a specific need or gap is identified.
