60-Minute Individual Session
A dedicated hour to pause, reflect, and work one-on-one with your therapist.
90-Minute Family Session
Therapy that includes your support system. Family sessions may involve a partner, parent, child, or other loved one to support shared understanding and change.
Case Management & Care Coordination
Work with a Care Coordinator or Case Manager to practice new skills, coordinate care with other providers, or connect with resources that support your treatment and daily life.
Fees & Payment
Sova accepts Medicaid and select commercial insurance plans. Self-pay options are also available.
Self-pay therapy sessions typically range from $125–$185 for a 60-minute session, depending on clinician. Family sessions, intakes, and case management services may vary by length and service type.

Proudly Serving Medicaid
We accept FFS (state) Medicaid, Optum Behavioral Health Medicaid in Salt Lake and Tooele Counties and Select Health Community Care Medicaid. We are also happy to work on single case agreements for other Medicaid MCOs. We are always expanding our medicaid reach,and will update our website as we do so.
Private Pay
Private pay rates vary by clinician, service type, and appointment length. Weekend or after-hours appointments may include a 15% surcharge.

Therapy, 60 minutes: $125 to $185
Family therapy, 90 minutes: $175 to $275
Behavioral health support / PSR, 60 minutes: $110 to $150
Care coordination, per 15 minutes: $20 to $40
