60-Minute Individual Session
Meet one-on-one with your therapist for continued therapeutic work, reflection, skill building, and support.

Meet with your therapist and one or more members of your support system to strengthen communication, understanding, and shared goals.

Care Coordination
Meet with your Case Manager or Care Coordinator for practical support, skill building, care-team communication, and help navigating day-to-day barriers.

Insurance availability may vary by clinician, plan, and service. We can help you check benefits and in-network status before your first appointment.
Proudly Serving Medicaid
We accept FFS (state) Medicaid, Optum Behavioral Health Medicaid in Salt Lake and Tooele Counties, Select Health Community Care Medicaid and Molina Medicaid. We are also happy to work on single case agreements for other Medicaid MCOs. We are always expanding our Medicaid reach, and will update our website as we do so.
Private Pay
Private pay rates vary by clinician, service type, and appointment length. Weekend or after-hours appointments may include a 15% surcharge.

Therapy, 60 minutes: $185
Family therapy, 90 minutes: $275
Behavioral health support / PSR, 60 minutes: $150
Care coordination, per 15 minutes: $20 to $40
